CAD Designer (Robotics & Mechanical)

Experience Level: 0+ Years 

Role Overview:

As a CAD Designer at Botbruz, you will design mechanical components, robotic structures, arenas, and custom robotics systems used in real-world installations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design mechanical parts and assemblies for robotics systems

  • Create 2D & 3D CAD models for fabrication and prototyping

  • Collaborate with robotics and manufacturing teams

  • Support arena and product design development

  • Improve and optimize existing designs 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD or similar)

  • Basic mechanical design understanding

  • Strong interest in robotics and product development

  • High attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and adapt 

Electronics & Programming Engineer (R&D)

Experience Level: 0+ Years 

Role Overview:

You’ll work on robotics electronics, embedded systems, and programming — developing, testing, and improving robotic control systems used in real-world applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP, Raspberry Pi, etc.)

  • Develop and test robotic circuits and control systems

  • Program robots for movement, automation, and interaction

  • Debug hardware and software issues

  • Support research and development of new robotics concepts 

Required Skills:

  • Basic electronics knowledge (sensors, motors, controllers)

  • Programming fundamentals (C/C++ / Python / Embedded logic)

  • Interest in robotics & automation

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Hands-on approach to learning 

Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineer

Experience Level: 0+ Years 

Role Overview:

You will support the manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and smooth operation of robotics systems, arenas, and installations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in manufacturing and assembly of robotics systems

  • Maintain robotics equipment and gaming arenas

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues

  • Support on-site installation and event operations

  • Ensure safety and performance standards are met 

Required Skills:

  • Basic mechanical & electrical understanding

  • Strong hands-on approach

  • Willingness to work on-site and during events

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Team collaboration skills 

Operations & Management Intern (BBA)

Experience Level: 0+ Years (Internship)

Role Overview:

This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, coordination, and on-ground execution across Botbruz projects. As an Operations & Management Intern, you will work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth functioning of events, installations, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational planning and execution

• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and event teams

• Support scheduling, reporting, and documentation

• Help manage on-site activities during events and installations

• Ensure smooth communication between departments

Required Skills:

• Pursuing or completed BBA or related management studies

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of operations and process management

• Willingness to work on-ground and learn real-world operations

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
